How many bottles of wine do I need?
A standard 750ml bottle contains 5 glasses of wine. For a wedding, we recommend a mix of 50% Red and 50% White, unless it is summer, then add Rosé.
How much alcohol for 100 guests?
For a 4-hour reception, plan for roughly 400 drinks. This ensures you have enough for heavy drinkers without overbuying.
Does this calculate Champagne toasts?
If you check "Sparkling" in the Wine Cellar above, we include it in the main bar stock. If you need a specific toast (everyone gets 1 glass at 6 PM), buy 1 extra bottle of sparkling for every 6 guests.
